The
area around Les Bergeronnes is probably the only place in Québec where
whales can be watched at close range from the shore. From March to December,
minke, finback, humpback, killer and sperm whales can be seen, as well as harbour
porpoises and grey seals, and of course our local « stars », the
belugas. Beside spying them from the shore, you will want to enrich your album
with a photo safari from a zodiac, from the comfort of a small cruise ship,
or even from a low-flying seaplane. TIP: do not reserve your whale-sighting
package in advance, as sea mammals are always on the move on account of the
weather. Leave it to us to book you a trip that you won't regret.
